      With our formulas, you get to choose a three-course menu for € 47.50 per person from the choices below. If you take a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert, the formula price is € 37.50 per person.

      In addition to the formulas, we (of course) still serve our Classics. You will find these at the bottom of this page.

      We also serve a 3 course BIB GOURMAND menu, for € 37,- per person. You can find this menu under 'Menu Maison'.

    • OEUF FLORENTINE

      with smoked haddock, one of Escoffiers classics, with a touch of our chef.

    • 'GARAGE' SALAD

      the way it's supposed to be, with a good dressing and some surprises here and there...

    • ESCARGOTS A LA BOURGUIGNONNE

      after our well-tried recipe. ( 1⁄2 or whole dozen for € 19,50 )

    • CRAB SOUP

      inspired by summer, thinking about the beach, hot and tropical...

    • GOOSE PATE

      the forgotten wild of summer, but very delicious.

    • LENTIL SALAD

      with feta cheese, black olives and Savor mustard. Proof that healthy and delicious can go hand in hand. ( VEG )

    • FISH

    • CATCH OF THE DAY

      from the fisherman’s net, straight to your plate!

    • DAURADE

      with a Southern European twist. A little Saint Tropez, a bit of Marrakech, and topped with a little Amsterdam.

    • MEAT

    • POULET

      rotisserie chicken, there is no better way of preparing it.

    • ENTRECOTE OF VEAL

      with a lobster foam. Classic, actually, but slightly different.
      (our advice is to order it medium rare)

    • STEAK TARTARE

      prepared at the table, cooked 'à la minute' to your taste. Fumé, with smoked oil.

    • AUBERGINE

      with crumble of goat cheese, creme of pumpkin, fennel salad and Hoi-Sin vinaigrette.

    • DESSERTS

    • CHOCOLATE CAKE

      the Aztecs say it's stimulating, an aphrodisiac. Reason enough to eat as much as you can!

    • COUPE COLONEL

      in our own pigheaded way, with limoncello sorbet and lemon vodka.

    • CRÈME BRÛLÉE

      has been on the menu for 25 years, because we do it the authentic way, with real brûleurs.

    • PEACH CHIBOUSTE

      looks like a parfait, but it isn't. Served with vervain crème-fraîche ice cream.
