      With our formulas, you get to choose a three-course menu for € 47.50 per person from the choices below. If you take a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert, the formula price is € 37.50 per person.

      In addition to the formulas, we (of course) still serve our Classics. You will find these at the bottom of this page.

      We also serve a 3 course BIB GOURMAND menu, for € 37,- per person. You can find this menu under 'Menu Maison'.

      like a recipe from the fishermen fromPort-Cros with rouille, Gruyere and croutons.

    • TERRINE MAISON

      homemade path made from port very very delicious.

    • LENTIL SALAD

      with feta cheese, black olives and Savor mustard. Proof that healthy and delicious can go hand in hand. ( VEG )

      from the fisherman’s net, straight to your plate!

    • HALIBUT

      risotto with TomKhaKai, a brainwave of Gerben developed by Ruben, because together you stand strong!

      rotisserie chicken, there is no better way of preparing it.

    • ENTRECOTE

      with a sauce Béarnaise classic that’s the best!

      (our advice is to order it medium rare)

    • STEAK TARTARE

      prepared at the table, cooked 'à la minute' to your taste. Fumé, with smoked oil.

    • EGGPLANT (VEGA)

      with crumble of goat cheese, creme of pumpkin, fennel salad and Hoi-Sin vinaigrette.

      Irene our patissier made a chocolate cake with cherry and a cherry sorbet.

      in our own pigheaded way, with limoncello sorbet and lemon vodka.

      has been on the menu for 25 years, because we do it the authentic way, with real brûleurs.

      on Breton’s sand dough, lemon-basilicumcream, yuzujelly and a sorbet of rhubarb. Let the summer begin!
